How it works
Subscribe. Your activation key is on your account within seconds. Download the .mcpb, double-click it, restart Claude Desktop, and paste the key into Settings → Extensions → Orbit. Under two minutes.
Pricing questions
What happens if I stop paying?
Monthly and annual renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next charge — you keep Orbit until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the key stops validating and Orbit goes quiet inside Claude. Everything it built for you is files on your own machine and stays yours.
What does “lifetime” mean?
The life of the product, not of you or your company — one seat, one person, every release included, no renewal. Ten of them, and no more. If we ever stop supporting Orbit we tell lifetime holders at least 90 days beforehand, and the last version we shipped keeps running offline.
Can I run it on two machines?
One machine at a time. The key is personal to your account — yours, not your team's — and you can generate a new one from your account when you change machines. Extra people need extra subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
In the EU and the UK you have 14 days to change your mind, unless you asked us to start straight away and ticked the box acknowledging that ends the right — and even then you can cancel inside the 14 days and pay only for what you used. On annual, cancel within 30 days and we refund the unused part of the year, pro rata. Monthly: cancel and the next charge does not happen, but a term already started is not refunded. A lifetime seat is not refundable once bought. None of that limits the Australian Consumer Law. The full wording is in the terms.
How do I cancel?
One click. Open your account and hit Manage billing — that opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can change the card, read every invoice, or cancel. No email, no retention call, no notice period. Before each annual renewal we email you the date and the amount in time to do something about it.
Is there a free version?
Not of the MCP. The 99 guides, the 10 courses, the glossary and the 23 web tools are free to read and use, and they are the same methodology written down.
