Support
Support Orbit.
Orbit is free, all of it, and it stays that way. If it has saved you time and you'd like to put something back, there's a way to do that here. It is entirely optional, and nothing about Orbit changes if you skip it.
Read the plain terms below before you decide. They matter more than the amount.
Choose an amount
One-time, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
$1 minimum, $1,000 maximum.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach Orbit.
What this actually is
- An unconditional gift to a company. You are paying JSTN Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 81 690 388 768), trading as Orbit AI, a for-profit company registered in Queensland, Australia. It is not a purchase, and you are not buying anything.
- Not tax deductible. Orbit is not a registered charity and not a deductible gift recipient (DGR). Nothing you give here can be claimed as a tax-deductible donation, and we cannot issue a receipt that says otherwise.
- It unlocks nothing. Orbit is already free — the extension, the skills, the guides, the web apps, all of it. Giving changes nothing about what you can download or use. There is no badge, no supporter listing, no early access, and no private build. If any of those ever appear, this stops being a gift and this page will have to be rewritten.
- One-time only. A single charge. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel afterwards.
- Charged in US dollars. Amounts here are USD, charged by an Australian company. If your card is held in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so the figure on your statement can differ from the figure you picked. Australian cardholders should expect that difference.
- No GST, no tax invoice. Because nothing is supplied in return, this is not a taxable supply. No GST is charged and there is no tax invoice to issue. Stripe emails you a payment receipt.
Refunds
Change your mind for any reason within 30 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Ask through the contact form with the date and amount, or reply to the Stripe receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank usually posts them within five to ten business days.
After 30 days, ask anyway. A gift that someone regrets is not something worth keeping, and nothing here was ever conditional on you being happy with it.
What happens to your details
Stripe collects your email on its own checkout page and handles the card details — they never reach Orbit's servers. We keep your email address, the amount and the Stripe reference so the payment is attributable and refundable, and so we can count how many people chose to give. That is the whole purpose.
Giving does not subscribe you to anything. You are not added to a mailing list, and no marketing consent is recorded or implied by a payment. The privacy policy covers how to have any of it deleted, and the terms of use cover the rest.
